Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of large and intricate technology projects, ensuring that they align with the established frameworks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project scope and risks effectively. You will also focus on driving profitability and maintaining high service quality while leading your team towards successful project delivery. Additionally, you will engage in proactive support for sales initiatives by providing innovative solutions and ensuring excellence in delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong understanding of financial management processes and systems. - Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with risk management practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financials. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
