Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Territory Trade Marketing Supervisor located in San Pedro Sula

Key Job Responsabilities

- Design strategies and implement tactics by closely working with Commercial Divisions to achieve sell out target & POS marketing execution for Honduras country for 3 Divisions (MX, DA, AV) and D2C business model.

- Sell out: Secure execution and communication of planned promotions and campaings in POS aligned with each Division strategy to increase sell out, market share vs floor share results by analizing improving methods of best seller, up sell, cross sell, end of life clearance and premium. KPI: Sell out and quantity of executions.

- Displays: Display plan, management and planning through negotiation of spaces with commercial team and customers to gain more and better presence in POS. KPI: Amount of displays implemented, renewed or improved.

- Field force: Plan and execute FFM and FSM incentive programs, HC required for FFM, KPIs and targets review, direction of HC assigned to POS through analysis of targets and ROI aiming to properly allocate HC in POS to boost sell out. KPI: ROI to assign HC.

- Customs: Free of charge (FOC) and custom process support as well as samples allocation management and security through mapped procedures and POS following company guidelines and local regulation. KPI: Get 100% of product clearance in a timely manner.

- Marketing and Public relations: Communicate and implement campaigns in POS and digital channels with customers as well as provide interviews in launching events to media (radio, TV, press, social media) to provide brand visibility and awareness of campaigns, launchings and products to end consumers. KPI: Comply with marketing plan with customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

• [ Academic Background ]: Industrial Engineering, Business Admin., MKT.
• [ Professional Experience ]: +2 years of sales and trade marketing operations experience
• [ Specific knowledge / skills ]:  People management, market understanding, retail planning, retail execution, negotiation, public relations, reports and presentations to customers, experience in retail industry, office package, English proficiency, SAP, budget management, customs clearance.
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignment.
• Advanced english
