Role Summary

The Logistics Manager leads the planning and improvement of logistics operations, including production support, distribution, and inventory. This role ensures that transportation and logistics processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost‑effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to deliver first class customer service.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Make sure daily distribution assignments are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Make sure work area is clean and manageable.
  • Manage transportation standards.
  • Supervise the daily activities of assigned departments.
  • Supervise the auditing of all transactions inbound and outbound depending on the department.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Expert supervisory/managerial, preferably in distribution and/or machinery manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Advanced English skills.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Supply Chain & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in logistics software (SAP/IM/WM), inventory control, warehousing operations, and transportation management.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze logistics data for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and performance optimization.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, delegate tasks, and maintain staff performance.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and customers, as well as negotiating contracts.
  • Strategic Thinking & Adaptability: Capability to handle fast-paced environments, adapt to changes, and manage risks in the supply chain.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding budget management, cost drivers, and profit/loss analysis.
