This incumbent in this role will be the key bridge for our most complex digital engagements. Sitting among high-level Solution Architecture, Tech delivery, and Project/Product  Management, you ensure that what is promised to the client is technically sound, highly disciplined, and successfully delivered by our engineering squads. You will lead from the front, guiding both local Australian teams and our global nearshore/offshore centres of excellence, ensuring a seamless "One Team" approach.
This isn't just a "delivery" role, it's a "shaping" role. You will have the autonomy to define the engineering culture of your engagements and the opportunity to help win new business by showcasing our technical excellence.
