The Opportunity

This position is responsible for the delivery of the activities associated with the recruiting and a variety of TA processes such as sourcing, screening, selection and hiring. Will deliver the activities related to programs such as university relations, external vendors and professional development programs. Drive the success of those projects with TA. Act as a liaison between internal and external parties to achieve desired outcome related to TA.

What You’ll Do  

  • Will administer the recruiting policies and procedures and recruiting programs for internal candidates and external candidate such as university relations, employee referral programs, intake programs and others.
  • Complies with the procedures used for the recruiting screening, and interviewing of job applicants.
  • Contact and maintain relationship, with employment agencies, universities, technical schools, and government agencies for the referral and selection of candidates to meet organizational needs.
  • Manages all recruiting activities in workday.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.

Shift: Admin (Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

On-Site position

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 year of related experience in related work experience in the recruiting field including sourcing, screening and selection for entry to junior level positions.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Intermediate commands of English
