We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on ensuring product and process quality, solving production issues, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate across departments to achieve measurable results in quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Qualify new products, production lines, and machinery into the manufacturing and testing process.

  • Solve current issues in production and testing.

  • Lead actions to reduce and prevent customer and internal PPM.

  • Manage improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce KPIs (FPY, SCRAP, etc.).

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

  • Lead improvement projects (RCA, Lean-Kaizen, Six Sigma, FMEA).

  • Communicate in problem-solving and implement corrective/preventive measures.

  • Analyze risks, data, and root causes; propose corrective actions.

  • Monitor and analyze test results.

  • Plan and coordinate quality assurance tests.

  • Implement and update quality management systems and documentation.

  • Support environmental, health, and safety programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Technical secondary school (mechanical engineering).

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • English at a communicative level.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Understanding of production processes.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  • Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

  • Strong teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in technical engineering or related field.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

  • Experience with quality tools.

  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
