Technical Delivery Manager

Experience- 12-15 years

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with 10–12 years of experience in managing complex software delivery programs. The ideal candidate must have strong experience handling multiple concurrent projects, leading matrixed teams, and managing offshore delivery while collaborating with stakeholders across UK and US time zones. This role requires a strong technical foundation in .NET, Angular, and Azure, combined with proven Agile delivery leadership. The candidate

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Delivery & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality
• Ensure successful execution of projects using Agile
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary offshore point of contact for UK and US
• Conduct regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and escalation
• Maintain transparent communication and manage client expectations

Team & Resource Management

• Lead and manage matrixed teams across development, QA, DevOps, and support
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across distributed
• Drive performance management, mentoring, and team capability

Technical Oversight

• Provide technical direction and governance for projects involving:
  • .NET / .NET Core
  • Angular
  • Microsoft Azure services
• Review architecture, solution design, and ensure best practices are
• Work closely with architects and technical leads to mitigate

 

Tools & Methodologies

• Hands-on experience managing projects using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of overall IT experience with strong delivery
• Proven experience managing multiple complex software projects
• Experience managing distributed and matrixed
• Strong offshore delivery experience supporting UK and US time
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong Agile project management
• Technical background in:
  • .NET technologies
  • Angular
  • Microsoft Azure
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

 

Preferred Qualifications

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification (Highly Desirable).
• Experience working with global enterprise
• PMP certification (Good to have).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD
