Job Description:

DXC Technology is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Description:

  • Knowledge to solve complex business issues
  • Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead requirements management and change management processes.
  • May provide mentoring and guidance to younger employees.
  • Combine industry expertise with a thorough understanding of information technology to develop innovative business solutions.
  • Promote and direct process improvement activities and training of peers and clients.

 

Qualifications/Technical Skillset:

  • Determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation.
  • Decomposition of high-level information into details;
  • Defining and managing scope and client expectations, requirements change management and traceability;
  • Classifying prioritizing requirements; Object Oriented techniques using UML models;
  • Applying creativity/ innovation to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively;
  • Effective verbal/ written communication; preparing and delivering effective presentations;
  • Function Point counting; survey design and execution; statistical analysis; 
  • Visualization modeling; Business rules modeling; develop and executing acceptance test plans.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in Public Sector.
  • IIBA CBAP™ (or equivalent) certification obtained.
  • Technical degree or equivalent cultural level
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar roles
  • Mandatory fluency in Italian and English
