About the Role

Support Head of Sales to drive sales strategy for mapped accounts in aligning with channel overall direction

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Sales in implementing and completing business plans and initiatives, ensuring perfect alignment with the overall channel direction.
  • Promote the AIA brand and products to assigned corporate clients through corporate activities, driving brand recognition and trust.
  • Develop and acquire new business by deepening relationships with existing and potential clients within designated brokerage partners.
  • Take charge of sales activities and consistently evaluate the business performance of designated corporate accounts to surpass or meet critical metrics for sales.
  • Strengthen and maintain outstanding relationships with partners and their key personnel to drive and successfully implement new initiatives.
  • Identify the needs and demands of potential and existing customers to determine and unleash business potential by providing the right insurance solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and expand the high-net-worth individual client base by engaging dedicated corporate client member bases.
  • Provide comprehensive support to key partners to capture business opportunities and ensure a high level of service standards.
  • Offer on-the-job mentorship for subordinates, supporting them in handling day-to-day partner-related issues to maintain our high service standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange innovative ideas, standard methodologies, and market insights.
  • Ensure team members performing regulated activities have acquired the necessary licenses and fulfilled licensing requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University/College graduate with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven organizing and management skills.
  • Strong insurance and investment product knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Others:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with licenses from the Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2,3, and 5) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4).
  • You are required to acquire the relevant licenses if your job involves regulated activities.
