Job Description

Job Summary

    The Principal, Executive Search will work on multiple client engagements, taking ownership of all phases of the recruitment process.The Principal, Executive Search may be asked to lead the development and execution of the recruiting strategy for their assigned roles.This role will be sought out for advice, input, and participation during the business development stage, based on their depth of experience.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify, pursue, and successfully sell executive-level retained roles and workforce consulting engagements to potential new and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with clients and team members to create a recruiting plan, including results and strategy (target markets, companies, positions, and people).
    • Conduct/obtain client information via intake meetings and documents.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and team members.
    • Identify, contact, and recruit prospective candidates, and communicate regularly with candidates throughout the engagement to create and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Interact regularly with clients to build and maintain a positive business relationship throughout the recruitment engagement leading to additional engagements for the organization.
    • Provide market and candidate insights to recruiting team members in preparation for client meetings.
    • Drive client and candidate management activities individually or in conjunction with other team members.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Relevant work experience within the healthcare industry
      • C-Suite and Physician recruitment experience preferred

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $84,000 - $104,500 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
