Summary: As a ServiceNow HR Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow HR Service Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Management solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Configure and customize ServiceNow HR Service Management modules, including HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, and HR Knowledge Management. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow HR Service Management workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance user experience and streamline processes. - Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow HR Service Management, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow Scripting, and ServiceNow Integration. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Management modules, including HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, and HR Knowledge Management. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HR Service Management workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Management best practices and industry standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
