The technology team at Chatham is responsible for building scalable, innovative fintech solutions that power global investment decisions. As a Senior Developer, you will report to the Development Team Lead and work on the Asset Platform product of Chatham. As part of this team, you'll be joining our engineering team and it’s a unique opportunity for an experienced problem solver and technologist to leave their mark by tackling complex challenges daily and creating new solutions in a complex domain. You'll be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception and design to deployment, delivering high-quality and architecturally sound systems that address our business needs

In this role you will:

• Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture, as well as APIs and integrations.
• Own features across the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment.
• Scale, monitor, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, architecturally sound systems.
• Continuously deploy solutions used by the world's largest real estate investors.
• Participate in internal skill-building initiatives and knowledge sharing.
