Key responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the end to end execution of UK Pharma and ViiV SFI programmes
  • Partnering with the business (Business Unit Directors (BUDs), Finance Partners, Commercial Insight Partners) to develop motivating and ambitious sales incentive plans, aligned to brand strategy
  • Provide challenge to ensure a fair and equitable target approach, aligned to core SFI principles (Simple, Fair, Incentivising).
  • Chairing of the SFI Steering committee, ensuring senior stakeholder oversight and that all decisions are aligned to key SFI principles, policies, and standards
  • Manage relationship with Axtria, a third-party organisation to evolve SFI scheme design, negotiate consultancy support and ensure seamless co-ordination of operational activities and processes.
  • Embed Salesforce understanding of SFI Scheme design, target setting methodology and Sales Performance Zone platform through field engagement activities such as training programmes and SFI drop-in sessions.

  • Ability to prioritise own workload and work autonomously and within a matrixed team environment
  • Experience in quickly building relationships with key stakeholders, including at UKLT level
  • An ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to influence up to General Manager level within the Local Operating Company
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Experience in relationship management of 3rd party suppliers
  • Experience of setting up sales force incentive schemes in a Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry
