What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Branch Manager to lead our operations in Turkey and the Caspian region. Based in İstanbul, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HVAC business, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

 

How you will do

  • Lead and manage the HVAC branch operations in Turkey and the Caspian region.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee sales, service, and installation activities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

 

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in HVAC management or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry and market dynamics in Turkey and the Caspian region.
  • Proven sales experience with industrial clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business targets and driving growth.
