Shift: Rotating Shift, Weekends will be working

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment by being accessible and visible to colleagues
  • Plan and execute daily workflow, ensuring the efficient assembly, loading, shipping, and receiving of goods
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a secure and accident-free work environment for all team members
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to team members on new procedures, policies, safety regulations, and technology enhancements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, meticulously tracking inbound and outbound activity to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and minimize errors
  • Maintain the security of the distribution center
  • Proactively address and resolve equipment malfunctions, personnel issues, and workflow holdups
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless shift handovers and information flow
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other software to optimize operations and track key performance indicators
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet operational needs
  • Previous Distribution Operations experience & knowledge of WMS
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse colleagues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve operational challenges, implementing effective solutions
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) an asset
  • A collaborative and supportive approach, with a strong desire to contribute to a positive team environment

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$54,500.00 - $72,500.00 / 54.500,00$ - 72.500,00$ (per year / par an)
