We are looking for a talented digital Senior Product Designer to join our Shared Services team based in North America. Your primary focus will involve collaborating to create exceptional user experiences through a combination of user research, design, and prototyping.
The Shared Services team focuses on crafting workflows that seamlessly integrate with our many Lightspeed products across Retail, Hospitality and Golf. We help our merchants take the boring out of business by simplifying how they onboard our products, manage their money, and get paid.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Designer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complex, interconnected problems at scale. You have excellent communication skills. Youâre able to set clear UX goals, direction and strategy that empower your team with clarity and purpose. You build trust-based relationships across disciplines and leverage diverse perspectives to deeply understand and improve how your team ships impactful work.
