Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage with clients to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Your typical day will involve addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions. You will utilize your expertise to maintain high-quality service and support, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Experience with process improvement and optimization techniques.
