Job Summary
Black Rifle Coffee Company seeks to hire Shift Leads who will assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As the Hourly Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team during your assigned shift. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.Job Details

You’ll assist the General Manager by leading a motivated team, delivering top-notch customer service, managing inventory, and creating an environment where both customers and employees thrive.

What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service that turns every visit into a memorable experience
Oversee store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing duties
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
Prepare quality beverages and food products to Black Rifle Coffee Company’s high standards
Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
Manage staff schedules for breaks and meals efficiently, ensuring smooth operations
Respond proactively to customer needs and address any concerns, escalating issues to store management when necessary
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred)
2+ years of retail supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Experience in cash handling, safety, and security
Proven track record of coaching and developing others
Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
