The Team: The Executive & Operations Support team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to Senior Management Team Members and providing operational support services to employees globally. Our team aligns S&P Global employees with strategic goals, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across locations.

Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Program Associate with outstanding problem-solving capabilities and a strong commitment to customer service. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Hyderabad Site Lead, both onsite and virtually, ensuring seamless operations and effective execution of responsibilities. The Executive Program Associate will play a critical role in driving strategic office engagement initiatives, coordinating leadership visits, and supporting employee programs. This position requires close collaboration with the Communications (Comms) team for the development of creative assets, partnership with People Resource Groups (PRGs), and active involvement with the Events Committee. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture in alignment with S&P Global’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Travel Management: Efficiently organize and manage complex calendars, coordinate detailed travel itineraries—including air, ground transportation, and accommodations—and process expense submissions in a timely manner.
  • Travel Coordination: Oversee all aspects of business travel, ensuring seamless arrangements and accurate expense reconciliation.
  • Communication Handling: Serve as a primary liaison for stakeholders by managing virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom), handling email correspondence, and ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate the planning and execution of internal and external events, such as meetings, offsites, and team gatherings, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Coordination with Communications Team: Collaborate closely with the Communications team to conceptualize, review, and deliver creative assets for internal programs, ensuring alignment with S&P Global’s brand standards.
  • Office Engagement Programs: Support the planning and implementation of office engagement initiatives designed to enhance employee experience, well-being, and organizational culture.
  • Leadership Visits: Manage all logistics and provide on-site support to ensure the seamless execution of leadership visits.
  • PRGs and Events Committee Collaboration: Partner with People Resource Groups (PRGs) and the Events Committee to organize and execute a variety of impactful events, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook, and Zoom.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage ongoing projects.
  • Initiative-driven, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective problem-solving and research abilities.
  • Teamwork-oriented with excellent anticipation and planning skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Availability to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
