The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work hand-in-hand with data engineers, other solutions engineers, and Direct Analytics team members and with a variety of dedicated Nike partners. You will join a highly motivated team that will be a driving force in building Data and Analytic solutions for the Converse Direct organization.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
Experience working with analytic tools and languages such as Tableau, Sigma, SQL, R, VBA, Python, etc.
Experience working with large data sets and complex data models; business analytics background preferred
Intermediate SQL knowledge required
Experience working closely with a team of data engineers, and collaborating and managing relationships with business partners
Understanding Agile principles and methodologies and how they’re applied
Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
Able to respond to and prioritize changing demands and work independently through ambiguity
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
Passion for contributing to a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Senior Data & Analytics Solutions Engineer on the Converse Enterprise Data & Analytics Technology team, you will drive the creation, improvement, and adoption of Converse’s data products. You will focus on delivering scalable analytics solutions that create business value for our Converse Direct organization by defining product increments that meet both stakeholder and technology needs.
Work with the Data Engineering squad to ensure data products are integrated into the existing data architecture, communicate the vision to stakeholders, and help drive self-service analytics across the organization
Contribute to the analytics product roadmap, highlight risks and dependencies
Own, maintain and prioritize the data engineering product backlog; facilitate requirements gathering & scoping exercises, define acceptance criteria, ensure capacity for the right work at the right time
Ensure the readiness of the work, accept or reject work results, and that the work is aligned to fiscal year priorities and internal data management standards
Prioritize and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies, epics, enabler requirements, defects, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories bring to customers and the business
Assist in removing roadblocks for the data engineering squad
Work with the data engineering squad to ensure all stories are supported, clear, and delivered in high quality
Understand level of customer satisfaction and adoption of data products, and provide suggestions for improvements
Build and maintain end user documentation to support data governance initiatives
