The demand for our services is rapidly growing, and we are looking for Capital Projects Senior Managers that can lead and drive our Capital Projects services for our Nordic clients. We are also seeking individuals who have expertise in Contract and Commercial Management, Permit Management, or Cost Management. 

 

Your Role 

 

As a Capital Projects Senior Manager you will represent and support asset owners in the planning and execution of large, complex capital projects, ensuring strong governance, commercial control, and performance transparency. 

 

You will: 

  • Lead full lifecycle oversight from early planning and procurement through construction and close-out 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders 

  • Drive cost, schedule, risk, and change management discipline 

  • Oversee contractor coordination, commercial negotiations, and contract compliance 

  • Ensure regulatory and permitting alignment 

  • Implement structured reporting and modern project controls 

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams 

  • Contribute to business development and strengthen long-term client relationships 

 

You will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice in Norway. 

Who We’re Looking For 

 

You are a senior capital project leader with strong commercial judgment and delivery experience. 

 

You bring: 

  • Extensive experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (owner-side experience is an advantage) 

  • Strong understanding of contract management, cost control, risk management and project governance 

  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments 

  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers 

  • Ability to combine strategic perspective with hands-on execution 

 

Experience from capital investment projects within data centers, energy infrastructure, or large public investments is highly valued.  

 

Education: 

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction management, Architecture, Law, Business, or similar 

  • Extensive relevant experience may compensate for formal education 

 

Location: Oslo or Stavanger. Some on-site presence is required.
