Dow Consumer Solution offers a new and exciting opportunity of Senior Sales Leader for Building & Infrastructure (B&I) segment in ASEAN/ANZ.

B&I segment in ASEAN/ANZ, is a growth market for DCS APAC for next 3-5 years. This position is responsible for area customer acquisition, retention, profitability, and the day-to-day people management activities of Sales Professionals, with sizable business in ASEANZ/ANZ.

The candidate will lead the team towards a customer centric, innovation-driven, and highly resilient organization, define sales strategy aligned with 4P plans and work closely with cross-functional leaders to implement sales plan and develop sustainable growth plan for the business. Accountable for implementing the sales, marketing and channel strategy in ASEANZ/ANZ, strategic customer management, distribution management/optimization, and team development. Key performance metrics include people development, top line revenue/volume with margin management, profitable growth, and forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, drives, and executes the market segment sales plan in alignment with global business strategies and area marketing plans
  • Leads, motivates, and manages a highly performing sales team
  • People management activities including goal setting, coaching, performance management, recognition, EDP, succession plan, account plan, development/execution and removing “barriers” for success
  • Represents Voice of the business to customers and Voice of customers to the business
  • Strategic customer relationships, acquisition, and retention
  • Builds good working relationships with people at all levels, across functions
  • Establishes commercial discipline, including forecast, L&OM, CRM, SOW, distribution management, CX/DX etc.
  • Leading Safety, Compliance, and Integrity as Leader's act is always mandatory

Qualification:

  • Preferably 10 years and above commercial experience
  • The experience in Building & Infrastructure industry and Sealant business will be a plus
