Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Non-Conformance Cost Finance Leader to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the financial impact of quality non-conformance incidents within the total ROS organization – supply chain, installations & service. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Global Manufacturing Finance Leader and dotted line to the Global NCC & Operations Leader in the Quality organization

Job Description

  • Cost Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze costs associated with non-conformance incidents, including internal and external failure costs.
    • Prepare detailed reports on non-conformance expenses, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the supply chain and service finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and tracking.
    • Develop cost and savings models for NCC opportunities.
    • Develop effective & reliable reporting on non-conformance cost data to timely communicate to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and improvement opportunities.
  • Financial Forecasting and Budgeting:
    • Forecast non-conformance costs for upcoming quarters and fiscal years.
    • Collaborate with finance leadership to integrate non-conformance expenses into overall budget planning.
    • Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Effective Controlling and Drive efficiency:
    • Collaborate with procurement, production, and supply chain teams to optimize cost-effective solutions.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance quality control measures.
    • Drive initiatives to minimize non-conformance costs and improve overall productivity.
  • Finance Business Partner:
    • Work closely with the global NCC quality leader as the finance partner on the team as well as manufacturing, demand planning, installations and service teams during the investigation of the root causes of non-conformance incidents.
    • Collaborate in developing key KPIs and define a process of monitoring and reporting.
