AltaGas - Manager, Infrastructure - Hosting
The Manager, Infrastructure – Hosting is responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing operations of the AltaGas’ enterprise hosting platforms, including on‑premise data centers and all hosting environments. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of hosting services that support enterprise applications and mission‑critical workloads.
A critical aspect of the role is the management of third party service providers, managed service partners, and infrastructure vendors. The manager is responsible for overseeing service delivery across all contracted hosting services, ensuring providers meet SLA commitments, performance targets, and compliance standards. This includes leading regular operational reviews, enforcing accountability through KPIs and contract terms, addressing escalations, and ensuring partners deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with enterprise expectations.
The manager will lead a high‑performing managed services technical team, drive operational excellence, and partner closely with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to enable business outcomes.
