Job Description:

＜業務概要＞
・カスタマーコンタクトセンターはお客様からの電話、メールでの問合せに対応します。
・　業務委託がFAQや資料を基に電話、メールの一次対応を行い、社員は業務委託が対応できない問合せを担当します。
  担当事業部からのプロモーション、製品情報を基に、FAQや資料を作成します。
　対応記録をCRM（Sales Force）に残し、レポートを担当事業部に提供します。
　顧客満足度を維持、改善するためのオペレーションを運用し、KPIを管理します。

＜担当業務＞
・SIBGの主にテープ接着剤製品（IATD）を担当して頂き、安全衛生製品（PSD製品）　電力マーケット製品（EMD）のどちらかと併せて２つ以上の製品を担当して頂きます。
　幅広い製品を担当しますので、トレーニングを通し、製品、業界情報を習得して頂きます。
・Service Automation（電話システム＋CRM)を活用しますので、在宅勤務も可能です。
将来的にAITechnologyを活用したコンタクトセンターの構築、運用に一緒にチャレンジしていただきたいと思います。
　スキル、経験のある方には、そのプロジェクトをリードしていただきます。

＜必須条件＞
・日本語　：　ネイティブレベル
・英語　：不要（通常業務では必要ありませんが、望ましいです。）
・電話、メールでの応対能力
・ビジネスPCスキル（Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint）
・担当事業部のステークホルダーとのCollaboration&Teamwork
＜好ましい条件＞
・１年以上のセールスの経験　または電話での業務の経験
・B to B　ビジネスの経験　（上記事業部の経験があると望ましいです。）
・JG8-10　でも可でも応募可能
