【职位概述】
 作为 ServiceNow 咨询顾问实习生，你将有机会参与到实际的 IT 咨询项目中为客户提供高质量的 ServiceNow 解决方案，你将与经验丰富的顾问团队合作，学习先进的技术和咨询方法。通过实习，你将深入了解 ServiceNow 平台及其在 IT 服务管理中的应用，提升技术能力、问题解决能力和沟通合作能力，并且获得专业认证。

【职位要求】
英文听说读写熟练，学习能力强，沟通能力强。
本科或研究生在读，计算机相关专业，一周实习4天+，实习8个月左右。
熟悉 Java 编程语言，有一定的开发经验，了解数据库概念，熟悉常见数据库的操作。
经过学习，能够通过公司安排的ServiceNow Certified System Administrator考试。
 
【主要职责】
1. 技术学习与应用
学习 ServiceNow 平台的功能和模块，掌握 ITSM 相关流程和最佳实践。
参与 ServiceNow 平台的定制开发和集成工作，熟悉 Java 编程语言和数据库操作。 
2. 认证考试
在规定时间内通过公司安排的 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator（CSA）考试，积极学习相关考试内容和要求，提升自身专业能力和对 ITSM 领域的理解。
