Responsible for executing and updating fresh, conceptually strong multimedia content for corporate communications. Applies innovative thinking and brings an understanding of design technology and applications to multimedia production. Supports communications goals and business priorities with creative production across the department and with business partners throughout organization. Assist with organizing and maintaining Discover's in-house video/photo production studio and equipment. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers and project stakeholders to design and edit materials in one or more channels, including print, digital, video, audio, and social.
Review product ready materials with creative leads. Publish content to communications channels. Adhere to project filing protocols and naming conventions. Understanding of digital media file formats and qualities.
Understand project details and ensure that work is error free prior to submittal. Partner with creative leads on timeline and deliverables to produce effective content under tight deadlines. Review client and legal feedback and incorporate into creative.
Assist with organizing and maintaining Discover's in-house video/photo production studio and equipment. Interpret and follow production plans, shot lists, and equipment lists.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
H.S. Diploma or GED
1+ years Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud video and audio production applications: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition.
1+ years Advertising, graphic design, or marketing.
1+ years Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design.
In lieu of education, 5+ years Advertising, marketing, graphic design, or video production and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud video and audio production applications: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Communications, Graphic Design, Arts or related field.
5+ years of familiarity with photo and video equipment: DSLR photography, digital video cameras, audio recording equipment, studio lighting. Digital video and photography workflow; and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint; and modern creative project management systems a plus. Web design and computer science familiarity a plus.
1+ years of familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint; and familiarity with photo and video equipment: DSLR photography, digital video cameras, audio recording equipment, studio lighting; and digital video and photography workflow; and web design and computer science familiarity a plus. The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
