Lead the comprehensive strategy for **industrial and building infrastructure management** for Mondelez HUB Mexico, ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, the reliability of physical facilities, and the efficient execution of infrastructure and facilities projects. Align the strategy with the TPM pillars, especially PM (Progressive Maintenance) and E&T (Education & Training), ensuring assets are safe, sustainable, and prepared for future growth.
Strategic Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure and Governance Strategy
- Define and execute the Mexico HUB strategy for infrastructure maintenance and development.
- Establish building and structural management policies, standards, and procedures aligned with TPM and global standards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international construction, structural safety, and environmental regulations.
- Actively participate in strategic planning for Capex and infrastructure investments.
2. Structural and Building Integrity Management
- Actively participate in strategic planning for Capex and infrastructure investments.
- Lead periodic structural inspections and building maintenance programs.
- Ensure the physical integrity of buildings, roofs, industrial floors, metal structures, and foundations.

- Develop 5–10-year infrastructure master plans.
- Implement structural monitoring and settlement control programs.
3. Facilities and General Services
- Manage plant facilities: HVAC, hydraulic systems, storm drains, lighting,
fire protection systems, access points, parking lots, elevators.
- Ensure ≥ 98% availability and functionality of critical facilities.
- Implement TPM plans for facilities, integrated with SAP PM.
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers specializing in building services.

4. CapEx and Infrastructure Projects
- Lead the execution of civil infrastructure projects, expansions, reinforcements, and
modernizations.
- Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
- Apply Early Management TPM methodologies for new assets.
- Coordinate with Global Engineering and local authorities for approvals and permits.
5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with structural, environmental, and safety standards.
- Maintain 100% approval rate for legal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Update legal and technical documentation for building assets and structures.
- Represent the company before authorities on infrastructure issues.
6. TPM, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability
- Integrate infrastructure into the PM and AM pillars.
- Lead initiatives to improve building energy efficiency, water management, green roofs, and efficient lighting.
- Align infrastructure projects with the Net Zero roadmap.
- Promote a culture of preventive structural and building maintenance.
7. Leadership and Organizational Management
- Lead technical infrastructure and facilities teams.
- Develop internal technical capabilities and promote a TPM culture.
- Lead monthly performance reviews with plants and regions.
- Ensure alignment with Engineering, HSE, Production, and Procurement areas.
Technical Knowledge and Experience
- Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (professional degree required).
- 5+ years of experience in industrial infrastructure management.
- Advanced knowledge of metal structures, buildings, construction regulations,
industrial facilities.
- Experience in planning and executing Capex infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of SAP PM/MM, AutoCAD, BIM, Power BI.
- Intermediate–advanced English.
