Azure Product Specialist

Job Description:

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Azure Product Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for cloud technologies to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative environment. The position is based in Norway, and you will be responsible for supporting our existing Azure customers and partners by addressing their technical inquiries and helping them leverage our Azure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:

  • Handle incoming questions from existing customers and Azure partners via phone and email.

  • Provide technical guidance and support on solution architecture related to the Azure portfolio.

  • Address queries related to Partner Center and the Azure portfolio.

• Technical Assistance:

  • Assist customers with technical issues and guide them through troubleshooting processes.

  • Offer solutions and recommendations for Azure services to optimize customer satisfaction and product usage.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant technical education or certifications, particularly in Azure, are highly desirable.

• Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.

  • Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships in cloud technologies are welcome to apply.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure technologies is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Azure services and architecture.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and partners.

  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian is required.
