Job Description

This is a Back Office role that works closely with our Sales Organization. The person in this role maintains regular communication with the business, providing updates on the progress on priorities, incidents, and requests. This role leads administrative work processes such as Promotion Activity Creation & Digitalization, Proof-Of-Performance Validation & Payment, Customer Deductions reconciliation (deductions & claims received from the customer due to a closed activity), Master Data management (Sales Force, SAP and Purchase Order maintenance), Reporting (generate or update transactional reports), internal controls support (audit sales processes).

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or in-progress) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
  • English level: C1 - Advanced (upper independent English level).
  • Nice to have: Portuguese B2, C1.
  • Business Process Excellence, Business Writing, Communication, Data Analysis, Data Management, Detail-Oriented, English Witten Communications, High Accuracy, Management Reporting, Pivot Tables, Process Automations, Teamwork.
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently within a team, encouraging a positive and productive work environment.
  • Proactivity, willingness to learn on your own and think out of the box.
  • Attention to detail, this role requires a high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
  • Intermediate Excel skill.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Automation and development, utilizing tools to streamline processes.
  • Data-driven approach for trend analysis, utilizing analytics to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative capabilities.
