🌆 About the Role

Replo is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team to supercharge our impact and efficiency. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, handling critical tasks that keep the business running smoothly. You’ll take charge of supporting operations across the organization, like coordinating and executing on cross-functional projects, forecasting and modeling our needs, and fine-tuning processes that drive our growth. Your work will ensure everything runs like clockwork, and you’ll be empowered to offer insights and ideas that push us to improve as we scale.

You’ll work closely with our Chief of Staff (COS) to collaborate with teams across the organization (operations, sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, R&D) to drive efficiency, support our rapid growth, and ensure our financial strategies align with our goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to touch every facet of a quickly growing startup and grow holistically. If you’re excited about getting hands-on with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, diving into data, and growing with a company that’s making waves in the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

đź“ť Your Responsibilities

  • Process optimization: Continuously refine and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability as the company grows.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide operational support, helping the team work smarter and more effectively.

  • Drive operational excellence: Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions that enhance overall team productivity.

  • Contribute to scaling efforts: Play a key role in helping Replo scale by ensuring our operational foundation is strong as we grow, with a constant focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Project coordination: Manage and streamline cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution between product, sales, customer success, and growth teams.

  • Support operational forecasting and modeling: Analyze company needs and assist in creating models that help inform data-driven decisions across all departments.

  • Financial operations support: Assist in tracking budgets, monitoring expenses, and contributing to financial planning efforts.

  • Data analysis and reporting: Gather and analyze operational data to provide insights that drive organizational improvements and inform leadership.

  • Hiring support: Partner with our internal recruiter and external resources to support hiring efforts, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and helping grow the team.

  • Culture and team initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to organize and execute culture-building activities such as team offsites, workshops, and internal events.

🔍 Looking for Someone Who

  • Has 1-3 years of experience.

  • Excelled in a fast-paced, rigorous environment.

  • Managed multiple projects at once, with multiple timelines and stakeholders.

  • Can communicate effectively and empathetically to a wide variety of audiences and backgrounds.

  • Possesses an analytical mindset and has a strong, proven ability to derive insights out of data.

  • Has financial modeling experience and familiarity.

  • Can bring structure to ambiguity and prioritize tasks and execution accordingly.

  • Has an appetite to learn rapidly alongside the needs of the business.

  • Seeks coaching and growth opportunities and implements feedback quickly.

  • Maintains a high bar of detail orientation and execution — holding the “client-ready” mindset across all work.

  • Has a track record of being a culture champion in previous teams and being a catalyst for a warm, authentic work environment.

🔑 Key Competencies We Care About

  • Ownership: ability to take the reins on a task or project and be trusted to use critical thinking to ask questions and think through next steps.

  • Self-driven: not only the desire to independently continue pushing the ball forward, but the ability to see at least one step ahead, reducing the amount of “hand-holding” necessary through a task or project.

  • Resourcefulness: ability to understand a problem, leverage available tools, and seek out additional resources to effectively problem-solve.

  • Coachability: not only being receptive to feedback, but truly hearing and understanding said feedback and having a quick turnaround time to implementation.

  • Communication: understanding how to collaborate and influence a wide variety of people and stakeholders that have different motivators and drivers.

  • Numbers-driven mindset: inclination to dig into data before drawing conclusions and backing up assumptions and recommendations with data.

đź‘€ Bonus Points If You

  • Have a background in consulting, investment banking, or other rigorous industry.

  • Previously worked at an early-stage startup.

  • Have experience in e-commerce.

  • Founded a company or want to found a company in the future.

  • Studied engineering, CS, finance, or something else quantitative.

⚒️ Previous/Existing Projects for This Role

  • Growing the GTM team.

  • Organizing our first ever team offsite in Cancun.

  • Thinking through potential deal structures and modeling out pricing options.

  • Creating sales materials (geared towards customers, VCs, etc.).

  • Managing our day-to-day accounting with our Virtual Assistants.

  • Working on equity grants with our external counsel.
