About the Learning & Development Team
The WCS Claims Operations Learning & Development team designs, builds, delivers, and continuously improves learning solutions that support operational excellence across Walmart Claims Services. We partner closely with business leaders to ensure training modules and materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned to performance standards. This role plays a critical part in connecting learning to measurable outcomes by facilitating high-quality training, contributing to the development and refinement of training modules, identifying performance trends, and providing actionable feedback to strengthen training effectiveness and associate readiness.
What you'll do...
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training using approved curriculum and facilitation standards
- Build and update training modules, materials, and facilitation guides in partnership with Instructional Design
- Monitor learner engagement, proficiency, and readiness, documenting performance indicators and escalation needs
- Coach associates through knowledge gaps and early performance challenges
- Complete post-session documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
What you’ll bring:
- Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training in an operational environment
- Operations experience managing Workers' Compensation claims, with knowledge of processes, compliance, and performance standards
- Skilled at translating policies and SOPs into practical learning
- Strong observation and coaching skills to identify learner risk, proficiency trends, and performance gaps
- Proficiency with digital tools used for training delivery, reporting, and learner performance tracking

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
