What we do:

Our Brand Marketing Department drives the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives to boost The Trade Desk platform’s awareness, consideration, and usage. We lead holistic marketing programs in collaboration with a regional team of events, product marketing, creative, editorial, and digital teams. We manage industry sponsorships, align with Product Marketing and Sales Strategy, and coordinate sales events and conferences. By tracking KPIs and evaluating metrics, we continuously optimize our efforts. We develop regional expertise, maintain industry relationships, and analyze marketing initiatives’ impact on lead funnel metrics. Monthly meetings with sales leadership help us present insights and identify effective programs. We support global brand initiatives and foster a culture of learning and innovation within our team.

What you’ll do:  

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support the execution of 360 degree marketing program launches in India.  
  • Develop the content strategy and narratives for thought leadership reports, playbooks and events. 
  • Partner with Commercial team and events team to organize conferences and other large tentpole events. 
  • Manage small scale sales events, workshops, client education days, and roadshows from start to finish. 
  • Maintain ongoing alignment with cross functional stakeholders to ensure integration of regional marketing messaging into sales collateral for the business team.
  • Develop deep expertise and trust as a subject matter expert in region specifically among Indian clients and teams including Business Development and Client Services. 
  • Manage and execute agreed-upon industry sponsorships from contract review through to success reporting. 
  • Maintain relationships with regional industry associations and conference organizations in order to serve as the key point of contact and internal liaison to ensure all elements of TTD sponsorships and association memberships are activated in the most strategic and effective manner.
  • Understand the impact of our marketing initiatives on lead funnel including inquiries, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to inform insights into the programs/channels that are driving conversions. 
  • Present insights to India and APAC leadership in monthly measurement meeting integrating results from digital, sponsorships, events and align on most impactful marketing initiatives. 
  • Support the wider global brand team on broader regional marketing programs on an ad hoc basis, as they arise. 
  • Bring your ideas on process improvement, strategic marketing and creative initiatives to a smart, innovative and receptive team. 
  • Foster a team culture of constant learning and improvement, bringing and supporting new ideas. 

Who you are

  • 9-12 years of relevant marketing experience.  
  • Understanding of the programmatic advertising industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience creating and delivering marketing programs in line with larger marketing plans. 
  • Intellectually curious and comfortable diving into technical, complex, and nuanced topics. 
  • High EQ with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across large teams in various markets across APAC and thrive in fast-paced environment. 
  • Hands-on, and committed to exceptional output. 
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills. 
  • Proficient in English. 
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tool. 
  • Based in New Delhi area, with ability and willingness to travel across APAC and US occasionally.
