Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve strategizing to enhance delivery efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to achieve optimal results. Your role will also encompass defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with test case design and execution. - Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
