What You Will Do:
The CRM Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Enablement CRM team and approximately 1,000 Microsoft Dynamics 365 users.  The person who assumes this role will be comfortable with all facets of CRM, including user interface design, system configuration, data quality, and reporting. The CRM Analyst will engage with practitioners at all levels and multiple functional groups, to train CRM users and to develop training materials for maximizing their use of CRM.  This person will be responsible for requesting and managing license assignments and assigning security roles/access for licensed employees. The CRM Analyst will also assist the CRM team with identifying and/or responding to system issues. This person will work with the system administrators and developers to test fixes and enhancements, and to assist with mass data updates and imports. The CRM Analyst will also assist the CRM Manager to document, maintain and enforce our standard processes, systems, and protocols.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree 

  • Four (4) + years of professional experience in Client Services, Sales or related areas

  • Analytical and data-driven

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT). *High level of comfort with using Excel

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Creative problem-solver

  • Comfortable working with professionals at all levels and in all disciplines

  • Comfortable working with people/teams from online chat tools such as Teams (CRM users are located globally)

  • Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customer

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Project management and planning skills

  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

  • Ability to create training materials and deliver training

What Would Be Nice

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Familiarity with CRM tools/software

  • Database management

The annual salary range for this position is $87,100.00-$130,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
