What you will do
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to develop and execute strategies that enhance sales team performance and align with our overall business objectives. This individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and optimize tools, training, and processes that support our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
How you will do it
Sales Enablement Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that align with business goals, enhancing the overall sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of sales enablement content and resources with the company’s sales growth strategy.
- Training & Development: Create and manage the development of training materials, sales playbooks, presentations, and other resources that equip the sales team with the tools they need for success.
- Ongoing Sales Training: Implement and manage ongoing sales training programs to address skill gaps, ensuring consistent sales execution across the team.
Process Optimization:
- Refine and optimize sales enablement processes to streamline the flow of information and resources, ensuring smooth operations for the sales team.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use sales data and analytics to identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to boost productivity and effectiveness.
Sales Tools Management:
- Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, content management systems) to support the sales team’s needs.
Sales Resource Access:
- Ensure sales representatives have access to the right tools and resources at every stage of the sales process.
- Alignment with Go-to-Market Strategy: Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure sales enablement initiatives are aligned with go-to-market strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Provide feedback and insights to cross-functional teams to improve the quality and relevance of sales enablement materials.
Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, utilizing data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure enablement strategies are driving measurable results for the sales team.
What we look for
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales technologies (e.g., CRM, content management), and best practices in sales enablement.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Experience developing and executing sales training programs and creating sales enablement content (playbooks, presentations, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic, Highspot).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
