ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sr. Director, US Team Lead Sigvotatug Vedotin, reports to the Franchise Lead, Precision Medicine/Thoracic and leads the US launch of Sigvotatug Vedotin. This role requires an adaptable leader with strong US commercial marketing experience, capable of steering a high-performing team and collaborating across functions to execute an integrated, insight-driven go-to-market strategy that improves patient outcomes and supports franchise growth.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $230,900.00 to $366,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
