How you will contribute

- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

More about this role
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) that align with Mondelez’s growth targets and the retailer’s strategic priorities.
- Lead the annual negotiation process for commercial terms and promotional slots
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify white-space opportunities within the NKA channel.
- Full P&L responsibility for the assigned group of accounts (Gross Sales to Net Contribution).
- Manage trade spend efficiency, ensuring a high Return on Investment (ROI) for all promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on monthly KPIs: Volume, Value, Market Share, and Distribution.
- Collaborate with Category Planning to implement "Picture of Success" (PicOS) standards.
- Ensure optimal shelf presence, secondary displays, and promotional compliance at the store level through coordination with the field team.
- Drive innovation launches by securing listings and ensuring rapid distribution across the NKA network.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on agility and consumer-centricity.
