Overview;

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Direct Sales Consultant with a background in phone-based sales – someone who thrives on connecting with customers, hitting targets, and delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our inbound and outbound sales efforts, engaging directly with customers and dealers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and drive business growth. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values initiative, resilience, and a strong sales mentality.

Key Deliverables

  • Provide high quality customer service and solutions to customers and dealers creating a best in market customer service culture.

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to drive sales and achieve or exceed targets.

  • Build & develop relationships with our dealer business.

  • Support the development of reports and analytics for a range of internal stakeholders.

  • Apply a broad understating of product application.

  • Build and maintain a strong internal network.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not essential

Experiences;

  • Experience in outbound and outbound tele sales/sales environment highly desirable

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamic 365), Excel, and data analysis tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a sales mentality

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
