The Role:
 

Medcan is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Clinic Flow Coordinator to join our Refine Team (Dermatology Clinic). The position requires high energy and enthusiasm, an appreciation for detail, an outstanding level of client service and exceptional organizational skills. The role is responsible for monitoring and facilitating the flow of clients through the clinic during their appointments.

This is a full-time position during business hours Monday through Friday and requires you to be on-site.

The Accountabilities:

  • Manage in-clinic flow of clients during client’s Refine visit including pre-booked appointments, urgent requests, and add ons.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure every client’s visit is productive and effective with exceptional service delivery
  • Providing support to Reception through client communication and trouble shooting ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborating with Nursing staff to ensure clinic is operating efficiently and add ons can be accommodated
  • Managing Dermatologists schedules to ensure maximum level of utilization
  • Proactively address client issues and enquiries while ensuring no disruption to the clinic
  • Handle client issues in a positive and professional manner, setting an example for service standards
  • Problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Responding to client emails and internal staff inquiries/requests
  • Other administrative duties as required
     

 The Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare role
  • Education in health or a related discipline is an asset
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
