Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior service, maximize customer satisfaction and respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

  • Build good relationship with customers, improve restaurant image, sales and traffic of the restaurant

  • Coordinate with staff to ensure proper services provided, considering special requests and food allergies

  • Ensure that the services provided in the restaurant comply with established hygiene and safety standards, and provide guests with a comfortable and clean dining environment

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, including furniture, tableware, restaurant environment and employee personal hygiene

  • Ensure the delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service

  • Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

  • Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate

  • Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Japanese fine dining or Omakase restaurant, familiar with relevant industries

  • High School graduated or above

  • Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese

  • Good communication skills and customer service attitude, polite and willing to communicate with customers

  • Good team spirit, good at team communication and cooperation

  • Hard-working, sense of responsibility and proactive

  • Neat, clean appearance with high hygienic standards

  • Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
