Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively generating new business and expanding existing accounts within a portfolio of large enterprise customers by managing the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities (typically under $25K). This high-activity position requires working closely with Field Sales partners to drive revenue growth, increase product penetration, and align solutions to complex customer needs.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:- Drive New Revenue and Account Growth: Own a defined book of business, proactively pursuing opportunities to increase revenue by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting, campaigns, and follow-up, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25K.
- Conduct Consultative Sales and Manage Pipeline: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including conducting remote meetings, virtual presentations, and interactive business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with decision-makers.
- Ensure Sales Alignment and Data Integrity: Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Operations to guarantee seamless service delivery, and maintain accurate activity records and forecasts in Salesforce and other sales tools.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the demonstrated ability to manage objections, negotiate pricing, and effectively close deals.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferably Salesforce), social selling platforms, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Resilience, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
