Summary:

What your team does: 

Revenue Enablement supports the Revenue organization with the tools, technology, content, training, process, and support necessary to do their jobs effectively and meet revenue targets. This looks like onboarding new hires, building effective content (like playbooks), ongoing skills reinforcement, etc. 

Who you are:

You will be a key member of the Sales Enablement team and will be responsible for onboarding new Sales hires, building and maintaining enablement content, coaching reps, and supporting ongoing education initiatives and communications. Specifically, this role will be dedicated to our Closing teams (Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, etc.).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop world-class enablement content that supports sales roles

    • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, etc.

    • Improve, refine, and maintain existing content

    • Develop and manage the revenue content library

    • Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to identify highest-impact content priorities

  • Orchestrate roll-out and adoption of enablement content

  • Implement and track metrics to understand engagement with enablement content

  • Assist with integration and utilization of tools within the sales technology stack

  • Partner with Revenue leadership to create onboarding and continuous learning content needed to support the sales teams

  • Liaison with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop processes, increase revenue results, and drive productivity

  • Deliver virtual and live onboarding continuous education sessions across multiple sales roles 

  • Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce, Gong, Chili Piper, Seismic, SalesLoft and other tech stack tools

  • Stay up to date on sales and revenue best practices

  • Recommend and implement solutions to address knowledge gaps

  • Assist and support Revenue Enablement initiatives as needed

What you may have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, or related field

  • Sales experience, particularly as an AE, is a plus

  • Experience with facilitation, content creation, and building engaging learning required

  • A self-starting, innovative, and iterative mindset

  • Commitment to learning and staying up to date on industry best practices

  • Ability to manage projects from conception to completion

  • Effective presentation and written communication skills

  • Collaboration, creativity, and accountability as a business partner

  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines, ambiguity and change

  • Demonstrated strategic, conceptual, and decision-making skills

The full salary range* for this role is $74,800 to $88,000 to $101,200 CAD.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
