What you will do
Deliver top-tier Customer Service through various channels for Tier 1 and national account customers. Build strong relationships with customers, FM companies, and National Account Managers, ensuring all KPIs are met and reported.

How you will do it

  • Provide professional, efficient customer service to Tier 1 and national service desk customers.
  • Dispatch engineers for breakdowns.
  • Plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Use multiple PC applications and manage communications.
  • Solve problems and maintain a calm, flexible approach.
  • Produce daily reports and manage routine inspections for Tier 1 customers.

What we look for

Required

  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred

  • Experience with large corporate clients.
  • Account management skills.
