Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Lead and manage technical services operations team, ensuring alignment with tech services goals and productivity standards;

·       Manage spare parts and service tools inventory ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficiency in logistics operations;

·       Oversee spare parts forecast process, including importation, exportation and inventory management;

·       Develop and implement process to optimize inventory management, including write off spare parts forecast and spare parts replenishment;

·       Supervise local spare parts logistics process to field services engineer team. Invoice and return cycle;

·       Responsible for service tools inventory management;

·       Analyze inventory data and present management reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;

·       Work closely with other areas, such as supply chain, transportation, sales and marketing to align operations with Surgical Business needs;

·       Train and develop operations team to ensure effective performance in daily services business;

·       Promote a culture of excellence through performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives;

·       Ensure compliance with Good Practice (GxP) regulations by enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, and overseeing quality control and training completion.

 

Position Requirements:

·       Experience: Necessary previously experience in medical devices, technical services, or operations role;

·       Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP);

·       Education:  Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;

·       Languages: Advanced English Level, Intermediary Spanish Level;

·       Green Belt, Project Management.
