The Technical Lead manages a team of developers and works closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and subject matter experts to implement core capabilities required by our customers and the business. This role will requires extensive knowledge in core .Net/C# Core, Azure integration, Azure DevOps, etc as well as implementing best practice standards across development communities.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities;
Provide overall design direction.
Define coding standards (including QA) across all squads.
Establish effective peer review practises.
Define and establish baseline metrics and measures to assist in management of improvements.
Improve development collaboration and engagement.
Work with the squads to embed standards and best practice.
implementing static tools such as SonarQube and dynamic tools such as Crucible to support these standards.
Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience
Demonstrable experience in establishing and embedding development standards and best practices.
Deep understanding of Synchronous / Asynchronous communication patterns and problem-solving abilities with respect to Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub
Must have hands on experience in .Net/C# core
Knowledge of Integration Design patterns for building APIs from the ground up using .Net Core, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
Good Knowledge on SQL (MSSQL) and TDD/Unit-Testing is a must.
Implementation experience with Azure service bus, Azure key vault, Azure App service, Application Insight, Cosmo DB, API management, etc are preferred.
Good knowledge of git, JIRA and confluence.
Good knowledge of integration platforms, especially Mulesoft.
Azure DevOps experience including create pull request, participating in reviewing team members pull requests, migrating code to different environment using pipelines, etc
Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, and Performance Monitoring for end-to-end process execution.
