About the Position:

Epic Staffing Group is looking for a(n) eLearning Developer with multimedia expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and interactive eLearning content. This role combines instructional design principles with multimedia development skills to create high-quality learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and skill acquisition.

What You'll Do:​

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and design interactive eLearning solutions.
• Develop course materials, including storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets, following instructional design principles.
• Develop high-quality multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and audio to enhance eLearning modules.
• Record, edit, and integrate voiceovers, narration, and sound effects where needed.
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create and edit multimedia content. 

What You Bring:

• Proven experience (2-4 years) in eLearning development, multimedia production, or instructional design.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong multimedia design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and animation for eLearning.
• Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
