Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. Your role requires continuous engagement in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to evolving business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the enterprise environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and configuration.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration techniques.
- Experience in customizing and configuring software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data management and cloud-based application environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
