OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Media Operations & Execution:
Assist in overseeing media campaign workflows, ensuring seamless execution from planning to launch for assigned campaigns
Support the Media Strategist to ensure the media agency provides ad specs, trafficking instructions, asset clearance, assets rights and approvals for assigned campaigns
Troubleshoot campaign discrepancies, tagging issues, and data tracking challenges with the agency or internal teams
Track and provide approved creative rotation and schedules to key stakeholders for assigned campaigns
Oversee digital tracking such as feed management, tagging, landing pages, URL, correct ad specs, and trafficking for each campaign.
Apply brand safety rules and monitor fraud exposure by partner
Work with data team to manage 1P data uploads and activation for media partners
Identify opportunities for process optimization and/or automation; work with Media Strategist to elevate recommendations to Media Director where relevant.
Media Measurement
Partner with the measurement team to ensure campaigns are tracked and managed for measurement
Support the Media Strategist in developing regular campaign reporting including pulse reports, wrap reports and one-off measurement requests.
Understand campaign business objectives and media benchmarks. Help with analyzing campaign performance and providing relevant insights.
Support with the development of monthly business updates and QBR materials as-needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising
3-5 years experience in Media Buying, Digital Media, Account Management
