OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Media Operations & Execution:

  • Assist in overseeing media campaign workflows, ensuring seamless execution from planning to launch for assigned campaigns

  • Support the Media Strategist to ensure the media agency provides ad specs, trafficking instructions, asset clearance, assets rights and approvals for assigned campaigns

  • Troubleshoot campaign discrepancies, tagging issues, and data tracking challenges with the agency or internal teams

  • Track and provide approved creative rotation and schedules to key stakeholders for assigned campaigns

  • Oversee digital tracking such as feed management, tagging, landing pages, URL, correct ad specs, and trafficking for each campaign.

  • Apply brand safety rules and monitor fraud exposure by partner

  • Work with data team to manage 1P data uploads and activation for media partners

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and/or automation; work with Media Strategist to elevate recommendations to Media Director where relevant.

Media Measurement

  • Partner with the measurement team to ensure campaigns are tracked and managed for measurement

  • Support the Media Strategist in developing regular campaign reporting including pulse reports, wrap reports and one-off measurement requests.

  • Understand campaign business objectives and media benchmarks. Help with analyzing campaign performance and providing relevant insights.

  • Support with the development of monthly business updates and QBR materials as-needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising

  • 3-5 years experience in Media Buying, Digital Media, Account Management

  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
