The Learning Excellence Consultant provides operational, administrative, and coordination support across AVEVA’s global learning ecosystem. The role focuses on learner case management, private training administration, LMS-related activities, and cross-team coordination to ensure reliable delivery of training services. Working closely with internal stakeholders, instructors, and learners, this role helps protect continuity, reduce delivery risk, and ensure a consistent learner experience across regions and delivery formats.
Responsibilities
• Support LMS transition and ongoing LMS-related operations, including data preparation, validation, and coordination with internal teams.
• Administer, monitor, and respond to Salesforce Learning Cases to ensure timely, accurate, and professional learner support.
• Create and manage Salesforce Success Accelerator cases for private training requests, ensuring correct routing, tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate private and public training administration activities, including enrolment support, communications, and class setup assistance.
• Maintain accurate records, case documentation, and operational data to support reporting and audit requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Technical Learning and Learning Excellence teams to enable smooth delivery of services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, proposing enhancements, and documenting standard operating procedures.
• Assist with certification processing, course completion validation, and learner communication as required.
• Escalate operational risks, learner-impacting issues, or system-related problems via defined escalation paths.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in learning operations, training coordination, customer education, or a related operational support role.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning operations workflows.
• Proven experience administering an enterprise LMS (Thought Industries preferred).
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in administrative and operational work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing processes and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
